Full-time/Part-time Research Assistant
Applicants should have a Master’s degree Or above in public health, statistics, biostatistics, Or related disciplines, preferably with at least 1-year of work experience in community-based research. They should have a good command of written an d spoken English an d Chinese, good interpersonal, organizational an d communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, an d the ability to acquire new statistical techniques through self-learning. They should be able to multi-task an d work independently, highly motivated, an d attentive to details. Experience in managing an d analysing health data (e.g. nation-wide health surveys) using R/SPSS/Stata will be an advantage.
The appointee will work on a population-based cohort of elderly. He/She will clean an d manage data; conduct statistical analysis; assist in preparing reports an d publications; an d perform administrative tasks an d other duties as assigned.
