Your duties： 
你的职责: 
R26; You will be offered a one to 18~24 months overseas trainee program an d afterwards an interesting position in one of our NOK-Freudenberg （China） （hereinafter called to NFC ） companies in China; 
你将会被提供一个为期18~24个月的海外培训生项目（包括1年到1年半的海外轮岗培训），项目结束后在我们恩福（中国）（以下称为 NFC ）的其中一家公司里，提供一个令你感兴趣的岗位；
R26; You will work in different functions of NFC, mainly in production an d engineering; 
你将会在NFC不同的职能部门工作，主要会在产品管理，生产和应用工程部门； 
R26; You will have plenty of opportunities to enhance your professional abilities, build new capabilities an d proficiencies an d develop effective team-building an d management skills; 
你将有充足的机会增强你的专业技能，获取新知和熟练度，拓展高效团队的建立和管理技能； 
R26; With the on-the-job development you will receive a strong element of learning. You will be exposed to a variety of solutions an d technologies through your daily roles an d responsibilities.

Our requirements: 
我们的要求： 
R26; A very good an d profound technical background, competency an d interest; 
扎实的技术背景、匹配的胜任力和工作兴趣； 
R26; Excellent Mandarin an d English language skills （written an d spoken） , Japanese and/or German will be a plus; 
优秀的中文和英语语言能力（书面和口语），懂日语或德语者优先； 
R26; Ability to think in international context with excellent cross-cultural skills; 
具备良好的运用跨文化技巧在国际化环境中思考的能力； 
R26; An open minded person, with strong communication; 
具有开放的思维，较强的沟通力； 
R26; A high degree of flexibility an d innovative abilities to meet the challenges of an expanding an d market oriented organization;

R26; Business knowledge will be an advantage； 
具备商业知识者优先；
