? Set up the scientific an d operational goal an d SOP for the projects assigned; manage an d coach Group Leaders an d bench scientists; manage resources an d control the cost effectively. ? Proactively participate the Business Development activities with self-initiative Ｏr under the assignment from the supervisor. ? Recruit, train an d coach key members of the team. Maintain positive morale in the team by setting objective, performance management an d people management. ? As a member of the company’s Sr. Management team, play an active an d important role in building an d maintaining the company culture, the company’s reputation in the industry by participating internal an d external communication events. 任职要求
Requirements
? Ph.D. in synthetic organic chemistry Ｏr medicinal chemistry with more than 8 years of drug discovery and/or managerial experience （experience in the U.S. Ｏr EU preferred） ? Successful track record in medicinal chemistry with extensive patent an d publication records ? Expertise in relevant drug targets including GPCR, kinase, ion channel an d other enzyme targets is desired. Familiarity with structure-based design is a plus. ? Familiar with CRO business an d operation ? Ability to operate within aggressive timelines ? Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D process ? Strategic thinker with the ability to manage a fast-growing business ? Flexible an d innovative problem solver
